check this out...check out the crowd reaction...donnie and company had 'em partying...i can remember 'everything is everything' being one of the first records my pops played for me...i was about three years old...i can remember him anxiously awaiting donnie's appearance on flip wilson's tv show...we ahd liver for dinner that night...i hated liver....anyway i'd heard this record several times by now and thought donnie was gonna perform 'the ghetto'....that was a hit at the time...he played a gospel song...'put your hand in the hand of the man...' no bass player, no call and response, no grooving...he sang the song and that was it...i can remember being disappointed...i mean really...no band just him and his piano....this snippet is the hathaway i wanted to see on flip wilson.. contact me if you want copies of these mixes...only $10 per mix...get some 'high romance' in your life....
